Alexandra: You be the Doctor, mama.
Me: OK
Alexandra: My baby has a bruise on her cheek.
Me: Oh, how did that happen?
Alexandra: I threw her on the sidewalk outside.
Me: OH, you can't do that to your baby. I might have to report you to Child Protective Services
Alexandra: OH. She just tripped and fell. It was an accident.
I was sitting on the floor but I almost fell over laughing. It couldn't have been scripted better.
